More than half of incoming undergrads on the Ann Arbor campus will need an i>clicker in their first year. Check your course descriptions in CTools to see if any of your classes require one. If you buy one and don't need it, it can be returned for a full refund as long as you have your receipt and the original packaging is unopened and undamaged.
We buy back used i>clickers for $15 (no receipt required, one per person) as long as the device is working, is in good condition and has the serial number intact.

Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit card, cashier's check, traveler's check and cash. Students shopping or picking up orders in-store can also request student account billing for purchases over $100. Eligible staff can take advantage of payroll deduction. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.
If you pre-order and choose pickup, come to your selected Showcase location during your selected pickup week.
You will need to:
Parents who wish to pay for products should visit the Showcase with their student, if possible, as we are not permitted to sell directly to parents. Alternately, students can authorize a parent for pick-up by filling in the "Authorized Pickup Name" field on the pre-order form OR by sending an email request from the student's U-M account to computer.showcase@umich.edu.
Student Account Billing is a payment option for Ann Arbor campus students on purchases over $100. Purchase charges appear on the student's statement of account in August or September. The student account billing payment option is available for in-store pre-order pickup and other over-the-counter transactions from June 3 through September 13.
Payroll Deduction is a payment option for current regular, non-temporary University of Michigan faculty and staff on all U-M campuses including UMHS. If you pre-order through our Back to School Sale, advance approval for payroll deduction is not required.
Place your online order by August 12 and choose to have your items shipped for the convenience of direct-to-your-door delivery!
Shipping Fees are based on the pre-tax value of the order:

If you request shipping, we will email your U-M email account within two business days to finalize your order. If your order contains Microsoft software, you will need to sign and return a Microsoft agreement before we can ship your order. Once all products are available to ship, we will contact you by phone to collect payment information.
Please note:
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to payment without penalty. If you need to change or cancel your order, simply reply to your order confirmation message or send email from your U-M mail account to computer.showcase@umich.edu with the subject line: "Back to School 2013".
Unclaimed orders held for in-store pick-up will be automatically cancelled after 5pm on Friday of the requested pickup week.
We work hard to keep all products in stock, but vendor supply and shipping issues are sometimes out of our control. In cases of short stock supply, priority is given to students who pre-order, so we recommend ordering as soon as you know what you need.
Our vendor partners typically begin offering new products in late spring and continue throughout the summer. It is not unusual for us to experience midsummer product changes. If a vendor announces a change between the time you place your order and the time you pick it up, your pricing will not increase. Also, we will work with you to make sure you get the item(s) you want. We encourage you to place a pre-order knowing that substitutions are possible!
The School of Art and Design requires a special computer package. Please check with your program before making computer or software purchases.
