Used on the 32-bit editions and is an UPGRADE version (upgradeable from Windows XP Home edition or earlier versions of Windows. This software cannot be used to downgrade to Windows XP from Windows Vista, and cannot be used for a clean install on any PC or any Mac using Boot Camp, Parallels, or Fusion).

• The software may be installed up to 2 times only
