Dental Hygiene Online Degree Completion & Masters Program Computer Sale
The School of Dentistry and the Computer Showcase are pleased to offer a unique purchasing opportunity for selected U-M students. These products were evaluated by Dental Hygiene and Dental Informatics staff and are required for your program. See package details below.
This sale will remain open until May 31, 2013. However, we encourage you to order as early as possible to ensure availability of all products.
Pick up will take place at the School of Dentistry during your on-campus Orientation. Cancellations can be made until June 17, 2013 by contacting the Showcase at computer.showcase@umich.edu.

The transaction processed through this form will be billed to your student account. The amount you owe will appear on your Student Statement of Account in early August, 2013.
You are responsible for full payment of this computer package even if you do not begin or complete the program.
Price Changes: If any of our vendor partners lower the price of their products between the time you purchase and the time you pick up, your order will be automatically adjusted to reflect the lower price.
You will be purchasing licensed Microsoft products as part of your package and in doing so, you must agree to the conditions set forth in the Microsoft Student Agreement. Please read the licensing terms before you place your order. You will be required to sign the Microsoft agreement form when you pick up your computer.
You must be enrolled as a U-M student to take advantage of this purchasing option. You will need your uniqname, UMICH Kerberos password, and UMID (included in your admission letter) to complete the transaction. Please have them ready before you begin.
