The Computer Showcase is now offering troubleshooting assistance for many common computer problems at our North Campus Pierpont location every weekday from 2:00-5:30 p.m.
Typical concerns include system or software operating problems, wireless access, advice regarding virus remediation, file back-ups and more. This service is provided at no cost on a walk-in (no appointment) basis only. Customers who require hardware repair or system services will be referred to the ITCS Computer Support & Repair Service at the Showcase in the Michigan Union.
