We are currently able to process only software requests through our online order form. We are unable to ship computers, iPods, or any other products.
Students, regular (not temporary) staff, and faculty who are unable to visit our stores during regular hours may want to take advantage of this option. A UMICH uniqname and password are required to place an order.

The Showcase is essentially an over-the-counter storefront and we are not set up to ship large orders. However, we are able to handle software requests on a limited basis. If you place an order with us please note that it may take up to three business days for us to contact you to complete the order. We can only ship to home addresses within the continental United States. Sorry, we can not ship software to a University business address.
We ship UPS Ground. Packages normally take 3-5 days to reach their destination. We cannot send products through U-M Campus Mail.
The average cost for most orders (CDs, including Microsoft products or other lightweight items) is $12. Larger, bulkier orders cost more: for example, the shipping cost of Apple's Final Cut Studio 2 is $25. Shipping is based on weight and size. Our fee also covers shipping materials and staff time.
Please do not email or include credit card information in your order. We will contact you for payment information when we add your order to our system.
